Blake, Phyllis Isabell......Passed away at home on Friday, August 29th, 2014. Phyllis Blake of Trenton in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Blake. Predeceased by her daughter Joanne & her son in law Eugene Sweanor. Loving grandmother to Marie Thompson & her husband Paul, Susan Olmstead & her husband Marc and predeceased by her grandson Steven Sweanor. Dear great grandmother to Kim Kuhnle (Kevin), Ashley Welsh (Richard), Cory Olmstead, Steven Thompson, Amanda Thompson and great great grandmother to Josie and Sofia. She will be missed by her sisters Gloria Dejong (Bill), Carol Rutterham (Cecil) and Betty Couillard (Guy). Predeceased by her parents and many siblings. The family extends their gratitude for the support & care that Dr. Cooke has provided to Phyllis over the years.
