TWIGG, Jean nee Holmes ...passed away peacefully at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Saturday July 19th, 2014 in her 89th year. Loving wife of the late Bruce Twigg. Cherished mother of Ron Twigg & his wife Janet and Jim Twigg & his wife Kathy. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Shelley (Trevor), Rhonda (Jeff), Bryan (Lisa), Tara (Blair), Jeff (Shannon), Lauren (Rick), Emily (Jermaine), Jonathan (Amanda) and her 20 great grandchildren. She is survived by her siblings Frances Heffernan, George (Betty), Jack (Arlene), Tom (Lola), Helen Ellis (Doug Smith), Bob (Nancy), Anne Peterson (George) and her sister in law Shirley Twigg. Predeceased be her parents Charles & Margaret Holmes, her siblings Carol Montgomery, Ross, Charles, Don, Isabel Phillips (Don), Lionel (Lois), her brothers in law Bernard Heffernan, Ray Ellis, Walter Masson Twigg, Peter Twigg and sister in law June Moe. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends are invited to call at the Weaver Family Funeral Home - Campbellford on Wednesday July 23rd. 2014 from 7-9 PM. Funeral Ceremony will be held at Burnbrae Presbyterian Church on Thursday July 24th, 2014 at 1:30 PM, with visitation prior at 12:30 PM. Interment Burnbrae Cemetery. Rev. Sue Patterson officiating. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Burnbrae Church Memorial Fund or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
